Q: How do I manage my AIO Lex Drafter subscription? A: Subscriptions are managed directly through the Azure Portal under "SaaS" or "Marketplace Contributions."

Q: Is my data used to train AI models? A: No. We prioritize legal confidentiality. Your document data is processed in secure Azure environments and is not used for global model training without your explicit, enterprise-level consent.

Q: I’m having trouble with Microsoft Entra ID (SSO) login. A: Ensure your Azure Administrator has granted the necessary "Admin Consent" for the AIO Lex Drafter enterprise application in your tenant.
