As a legal drafting tool, we prioritize data minimization. We collect:

• Account Data: Name, email, and organization details provided during Azure Marketplace subscription or via Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, and interaction logs to ensure system stability and security.
• Document Metadata: We may collect metadata (e.g., file size, time of creation) to facilitate the drafting process.
• Note on User Content: AIOrdinate does not claim ownership of the legal documents you draft. Content processed by our AI is used solely to generate your requested output and is handled according to the "Data Security" section below.

We use the collected data to:

• Provision and manage your SaaS subscription via Azure Fulfillment APIs.
• Provide AI-powered legal drafting and clause suggestions.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and international legal standards.
• Communicate critical service updates or security alerts.

• Contractual Necessity: To fulfill our service agreement with you.
• Consent: Where you have explicitly opted-in (e.g., marketing).
• Legitimate Interests: For security, fraud prevention, and improving App performance.

• Primary Hosting: AIO Lex Drafter is primarily platformed on Microsoft Azure.
• Data Residency: For our Australian clients, data is stored in the Australia East Azure region to ensure compliance with local privacy expectations.
• International Transfers: Where data is processed by our team in India or other regions, we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to maintain the same level of protection required by the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR.

• Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.2+.
• Identity Management: We support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through Microsoft Entra ID.
• AI Safety: We employ "Privacy by Design." Your sensitive legal inputs are not used to train global LLM models without anonymization or explicit enterprise-level agreements.

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Request data portability in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with:

• Microsoft: To manage billing and marketplace integration.
• Sub-processors: Essential service providers (e.g., AI model API providers) who are contractually bound to our privacy standards.
